COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE

REQUIRED BOOKS

OVERVIEW

These books will be read as a group (several cohort lodges participating) with the book content "discussed" as it applies to Lodge Management. Each CE participating Lodge leadership team will purchase these books.  Each team member will or should have his own copy of each.

Lodge Leadership Teams will: (a) Read each, (b) Answer Module Questions (handouts by Facilitators) and (c) discuss each of these books with their Lodge Team over the course of the nine month CE program.  Reading and discussions will be paced and guided by the CE course assignments covering the nine month course period. Reading assignments will prepare each team member for each face-to-face facilitation workshops.

With this background and foundational preparation, the CE Facilitation team will conduct the usual "face-to-face facilitation workshops." Progressively and over the nine month course, these workshops will produce written strategic plans for each Lodge.

The CE course required books cover essential  Leadership/Management categories and prices are current Online on Amazon.com as of May 2005.
